Peter DaviesPeter Davies Peter joined the leadership team in March 2011 as senior pastor and teacher; prior to this he spent 25 years at Regents Theological College training several generations of Elim church leaders, so we are benefitting from all this experience, and getting to know his sense of humour, which is never far from the surface! Married to Lynne, and father to Tim, and Lizzie, Peter wants us to love God, love Church and love life.
GrahamGraham Christopher joined the team at the end of May 2011. Graham is the member of leadership who is responsible for Children's safety policy. Graham's other interests include bee-keeping and not riding roller coasters. He has held positions of responsibility in local government particularly in the realm of housing and supporting people. With his wife Kerry they have together fostered many local children which he would say has been a very valuable experience for all concerned.
Pete MidgleyPete Midgley joined the team at the end of May 2011. Married for the last 25 years to Helen (who heads the Lighthouse Sunday School), Pete is responsible for house groups and the church website. He also plays in the worship group, keyboards, acoustic and bass guitar. He has a BA in Biblical Studies which has equipped him to read the Bible in its original languages, coming in handy for quizzes and occasionally showing off! Some favourite writers include CS Lewis, John Grisham and John Ortberg. Pete's other interests include rabbit-keeping (current count = 5 !).
TimTim Oakley Tim has been with us since 2003. In that time, he, Lisa his wife and their two children have contributed to the continuing development of the church in such areas as the young adults' housegroup, All-age worship services and Reality.  Tim takes leadership  responsibility for 5minus, Ignite, Nucleus, sound/projection, and Reality.
